EABASSOC LO-MOD a one component, multipurpose elastomeric joint sealant, which is easy to apply and does not require a primer in most cases. It cures to give a very flexible, long lasting waterproof seal, capable of withstanding +/-50% movement and suitable for sealing expansion joints.

USES AND ADVANTAGES

EABASSOC LO-MOD is an elastomeric joint sealant with a variety of uses. It is ideal for vertical and horizontal expansion joints, including those in prefabricated construction on account of its high movement accommodation.

It is also used for perimeter caulking of window and door frames and is particularly suitable for use with uPVC frames which have a very high coefficient of expansion and contraction. It can also be used to seal concrete, granite, marble, glass, wood, metal and various plastics. It is particularly useful where the application involves a high degree of deformation and where a sealant with a high elongation and low modulus of elasticity is required.

EABASSOC LO-MOD is available in 310 ml cartridges and 600 ml "sausages" for which an inexpensive Bulk Sealant Application Gun is also available.
